Middle School Team Information:
The Middle School Football Team is a member of the Southern Maine Football League, Mountain Division.
Registration must be paid in full before player can receive equipment.
SMYFL requires a copy of their birth certificate and medical waiver / physical to be kept on file with the team.
Players shall be less than a freshman (grade 9) in school and not have reached his/her 15th birthday before the first practice (conditioning or equipment) allowed by SMYFL.
